All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit sales or quantities of any product to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

2. Payment Terms

• Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment methods supported by Shopify Payments.

• Pricing & Taxes: All prices listed on the website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Applicable Canadian taxes (HST/GST/PST) are calculated and added at checkout based on your delivery address.

• Authorization: By placing an order, you confirm that the payment details provided are valid and that you are authorized to use the specified payment card/account. Full payment is required before an order enters processing or shipment.

3. Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

Due to the tailored nature of custom design and personalized jewelry, specific rules apply:

• Deposits & Approval: Custom order work requires a minimum non-refundable deposit (or full payment upfront as specified during consultation) before design, sourcing, or casting begins. Design proofs/specifications must be approved by the client in writing or email prior to creation.

• Final Sale: All custom orders, customized pieces, and custom-engraved items are final sale. They cannot be canceled once production has started, nor are they eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

• Production Timelines: Custom pieces typically take several weeks to complete. Estimated production times provided during consultation are target frames and may vary depending on material sourcing or intricate crafting requirements.

4. Shipping & Delivery Terms

• Fulfillment: Standard in-stock orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Custom piece delivery timelines are handled individually.

• Shipping Rates & Times: Shipping charges and estimated delivery dates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected carrier service.

• Loss & Damage: Once a parcel is transferred to the shipping carrier, Eli Jewellery is not liable for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the buyer. Shipments containing fine jewelry may require signature confirmation upon delivery.

• International Shipments & Duties: Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These additional fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including images, logo designs, text, layout, jewelry designs, graphics, and branding—is the exclusive intellectual property of Eli Jewellery and protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or modification of any material is strictly prohibited.
